Privacy Policy

The short version

Fliptrack exists to track your inventory for you. Your data syncs between your browser and your own Fliptrack account. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

What the FlipTrack Spotter extension does

The extension has a single purpose: it reads listing and sales information from marketplace pages you are signed into (eBay, Mercari, Etsy, Vendoo, WhatNot, Facebook) and syncs that information to your Fliptrack account so your inventory stays current.

What it collects

• Listing and sales data from your own marketplace accounts — titles, prices, statuses, and order details for items you are selling.
• Marketplace session credentials (authentication tokens already present in your browser) are used only to request your own data from the marketplace, from within your browser. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

What it does not collect

• No browsing history, no data from sites other than the marketplaces listed above.
• No passwords, payment card numbers, or personal data belonging to your buyers beyond what the marketplace shows you for shipping an order.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.

Where your data lives

Synced data is stored in your Fliptrack account and is visible only to you when you sign in. It is retained until you delete it or ask us to delete your account.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data is only transmitted to marketplaces you connect, at your direction, to keep your inventory in sync.
